Charles Guigan

Managing Partner

Charles founded Eurvad in 2013, following over 12 years of capital markets experience in Asia (Hong Kong) and Europe (Paris and London). During this time, he held various front-office positions in trading rooms, dealing with structured products across equities, forex, credit, and interest rates.

In 2009, he transitioned from banking (J.P. Morgan) to entrepreneurship, becoming a partner in a nascent financial advisory boutique, Alfina, where he oversaw the development of investment solutions. Charles developed his M&A expertise at Eurvad around two particularly promising sectors: tech/digital and education.

Charles graduated from ESSEC in 2000 and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst © since 2005.

Jonathan Melloul

Managing Partner

Jonathan is Managing Partner since joining Eurvad in 2017.

Jonathan began his professional career at Rothschild & Co with the Financial Engineering Department.

He then launched the Alliance Equity investment fund, whose strategy was mainly to strengthen the equity of small cap companies pertaining to capital development operations.

He turned towards M&A in 2011, where he carried out 60 sales, acquisitions and fund-raising operations. His favorite fields are BtoB services (including IT/digital services, telecoms), health and well-being and education/training.

Jonathan holds a a law degree from the Institute of Business Law at Aix-en-Provence (DJCE) as well as a master’s degree in management from EM Lyon business school (specialization in Corporate Finance).

Yassine Jnan

Director

After a first successful run at Eurvad Finance in 2015, Yassine came back with us at the end of 2016 as an analyst.

In the meantime, he worked in the M&A and ECM department at Societe Generale, mainly at carrying out assignments and buying publicly traded companies.

Yassine has a double diploma from EDHEC, a post graduation degree in Management and a Masters in science, but also a double Engineering diploma from the Technology University at Troyes and ETS Montreal.

Pierre Sabbagh

Director

After a first experience at Alfina, a financial advisory boutique founded by Charles-Henri Filippi where he met Charles in 2009, Pierre launched his business in F&B in 2014.

In 2019, he sold his group and shared his experience with many companies which he advised on structuring and development.

Before joining Eurvad in 2022, Pierre contributed to the inception of a growth capital fund for whom he closed the first investments.

Pierre holds a Masters in Mathematics from Imperial College London and is a graduate of INSEAD’s Global Executive MBA.

Floriane Lang

Vice President

After an experience in audit at KPMG, and a first M&A internship with Eurvad Finance in 2016, Floriane joined the team as an analyst in 2018.

She also worked for Céline (LVMH Group) and LVMH Fashion Group APAC in their Asian Pacific finance department, based in Hong Kong.

Floriane is a graduate of ESCP Europe (Master in Management).

Amaury Perdriau

Associate

Amaury joined Eurvad in 2025 as an Associate, following two experiences in M&A at Societex CF and TMB Finance.

He also gained experience in Private Equity at Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires.

Amaury holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School.

Emilie Thivant

Vice President

Emilie joined Eurvad in 2020 after having completed two internships in M&A within boutiques and investment banks, at Eurvad in 2019, closely followed by Mediobanca in London.

She was staffed on processes for digital and financial services firms as well as industrial companies.

Before that, Emilie had two experiences in audit at Keolis Group and in management control at Hermès in Paris.

Emilie holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Antony Certa

Analyst

After a first internship with Eurvad in 2023 and an experience in M&A at Transactions & Compagnie, Antony joined the team as an analyst in 2025.

Antony graduated from Grenoble EM and the MSc Finance and Investment Banking from Singapore Institute of Management.

César Mullet

Vice President

César joined Eurvad in 2024 as Vice President, bringing over 6 years of experience in Transaction Services at Oderis where he has been Manager for 2 and a half years.

Beforehand, he worked at Seven2 Development (ex-Apax Partners Development) and Bpifrance Investissement.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Finance from SKEMA Business School.

Lilia Lemaitre

Associate

After an experience in corporate finance at Air Liquide and a first M&A internship with Eurvad in 2021, Lilia joined the team as an analyst in 2022.

Lilia graduated from the Master in Management and the Accounting and Financial Management major from HEC Paris.

Natanel Mellul

Associate

Natanel joined Eurvad in 2022 as an analyst, after having completed two internships in M&A at Eurvad and Scalene Partners.

Prior to that, Natanel have worked in Asset Management at Amundi in Paris.

Natanel holds a Master in Management from EM Lyon.

Pierre-Alexis Belant

Analyst

After an end-of-studies internship at Eurvad in 2023, Pierre-Alexis joined us as an analyst the same year.

He previously worked with Crédit Agricole’s M&A department, alongside the generalist team, on transactions (sales, acquisitions, takeovers, etc.) involving listed companies.

Pierre-Alexis holds a Master in Finance from EM Lyon.

Ethan Scemama

Analyst

Ethan joined us in 2025 as an analyst, after a first internship at Eurvad in 2023.

He also gained experience in Private Equity at Quilvest Capital Partners.

Ethan holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School.

William Charveriat

Analyst

William joined Eurvad in 2025 as an analyst, following two prior experiences in M&A and Private Equity at Eurvad in Paris and Keensight Capital in London.

William holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec

Joséphine Alliou

Analyst

Joséphine joined the team as an Analyst in 2025, after completing an M&A internship at Eurvad in 2024.

She also gained experience in Audit at Deloitte within the Large Cap department, as well as in Coverage at Société Générale, where she focused on large corporate clients.

Joséphine holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine–PSL.

Pierre Guigan

Director

Pierre joins Eurvad in 2022 as Director of Search by Eurvad team, which is in charge of identifying, qualifying and tying links with external growth targets of their clients. Search by Eurvad customers are mostly companies accompanied by PE funds.

He started his professional career in 2003 at IBM Software and moved then to Logica (CGI) as a Sales Engineer.

Pierre launched in 2008 his own company in 3D imagery where his commercial partners (Canon, AGFA, Fujifilm…) embed his technology into their printers to create 3D and animated printings. These partners sell, install, and support his patents and software worldwide.

In 2019, alongside his activities, Pierre created and took the chair of Human Impact, a nonprofit organization taking care of the wellbeing of public hospitals workers (www.humanimpact.fr).

Pierre holds a master’s degree in Engineering in Computer, Electronic and Automatic from ESIEA

Baptiste Delcambre

Associate

During his studies, Baptiste has been a finance editor at Décideurs Magazine and he then joined WeLink and took part in the preparation of their second fundraising.

After an end-of-studies internship in the external growth department, Baptiste joined Eurvad as an analyst in 2022.

Baptiste holds a master’s degree in corporate finance from Audencia Business School and Pace University (New York, NY).

Louis Tricard

Analyst

Before joining Eurvad in 2024, Louis gained experience in Venture Capital at Pléiade Venture and Chausson Partners.

He is now responsible for leading assignments, focusing on identification and qualification of acquisition targets, as well as client reporting throughout the mandates.

Louis holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Toulouse Business School and Université Laval (QC, Canada).

Caroline Atia

Vice President

After an experience as a Key Account Manager in communication, Caroline became a Real Estate Key Account Manager in 2019 within a specialized audit firm focused on local taxation.

Before joining Eurvad in 2023, Caroline simultaneously embarked on various entrepreneurial projects.

Caroline holds a master’s degree in international Purchasing Management and Innovation from Kedge Business School and the Institute of Economic Management of Beijing.

Julia Barrel

Vice President

Julia joined Eurvad in March 2025 as Vice President in the Search team.

She began her career in 2005 at the NRJ group in Project Management, then founded an event production agency in 2010. In 2015, she became General Manager & Intrapreneur at Remix, where she led a community of 300 entrepreneurs and launched an ethical Business Unit bringing together more than 100 brands. In 2019, she took over the management of Alrena Technologies, a medtech startup committed to combating medical deserts, which will be awarded several times (IoT Awards 2020, Trophée 2022, Airbus Développement 2019). In early 2024, she co-created the “Mission Innovation” unit of the Civil Protection.

Julia holds a Master’s degree (Paris X) and is HEC Sup’Excellence certified (2022).

Edouard Pecheteau

Chief Operating Officer

Edouard starts his career in structured equity then credit derivatives with Credit Agricole Indosuez. He works 7 years in New York, Hong Kong et finally London office as Director. He covers from there institutional clients in Germany, Austria, Swiss and Italy.

He becomes then a photographer, a switch leading him to manage a photo studio in Paris before specializing in production management consulting. Edouard collaborates for 2 years with a renowned French luxury brand seeking to internalize their photo productions before joining one of TBWA Group communication agency as Head of Staff.

He joins Eurvad in 2021.

Edouard graduated from ESC Reims in 2000.

Laurence Roy Rojo

Partner

Laurence joins Eurvad in January 2024 as a partner to develop business with institutional investors and family offices.

For 20 years, Laurence embraced an investor relations career in different financial environments, from the trading room to private banking and then to asset management. She joined the world of private equity in 2015 to support Weinberg Capital Partners team, as Partner in charge of investor relations for 7 years. In 2019, she participated in the creation of the impact investment fund, WCP IMPACT DEV.

She creates then within Anaxago, an alternative assets investment group, a pan-European fund of funds which implements an impact investment approach dedicated to decarbonization.

Laurence holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in business law from the University of Angers.

Pauline Coron

Office Manager

Pauline started her career in the hospitality industry with the ACCOR group.

Over the course of a decade, she advanced step by step through various operational roles, ultimately serving as Deputy Director at one of its Parisian hotels.

In 2020, she formalized her extensive hands-on experience by earning a Human Resources Management diploma from CESI in Aix-en-Provence. In 2021, Pauline took a Campus Manager position, further broadening her leadership and management expertise.

In 2024, she brought her comprehensive skill set to Eurvad as Office Manager.
